They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, clinical, or diagnostic applications.

All Sales Are Final

  • All products sold by Vitalis22 Peptides are intended for laboratory and research purposes only.

  • For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.

  • All sales are final once an order has been processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To request a replacement or refund, contact us using the contact us page with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item(s) received

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • We may ask you to return the damaged goods before processing a refund or replacement. Goods returned without authorisation may be refused.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or incorrect

  • The claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt

  • Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photos/videos) are provided

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs or couriers outside of our control

  • Misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to product safety standards. If your item is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be issued instead.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders maybe cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
